Paying For Your Medication

If you decide to proceed with medication, then we will take payment for your first prescription during your initial consultation. There’s no charge for our clinic time, so you don’t pay for the initial consultation, or any other consultations in future. You only pay for your medication.

For subsequent prescriptions, we will send you a questionnaire each month to confirm which medication and dose you would like next. Once this has been approved, we will send you another letter with a link to pay for your medication. This means that we don’t store your card details anywhere, and you can also choose to use whichever card is convenient for you, at a time when there are relevant funds in that account.

If you choose to make an appointment with a doctor at the clinic to discuss your options before deciding what to do for the next month, then make sure that you book that appointment before paying for your prescription. We can then take payment at the time of your consultation, or send you a payment link afterwards.
